I started the diet in October, and I'm still on it.

October 1st I weighed 93kg, Now I'm 77.5kg, and still losing.
My goal weight is 70kg before april, and I think I'll make it in time for my wedding!
Also, this is a fantastic diet. If you're lost for anything, make a chicken salad and use Periperi sauce and Mayo (Perinaise?) for a salad dressing. Very nice.
