  • 1 pound ham, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or country-style mustard

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle

Preparation:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mustard, mayonnaise and cayenne.

  • Mix well.

  • Stir in shallot and pickle.

Serving Size: 4
